2cans coconut milkfull fat will be richer than lite, but both work fine
1cupserviceberries
pinchof salt
1teaspoonvanilla
3/4cupsugar
Instructions
It's best if your coconut milk has been refrigerated. If not, room temperature will work, but you will have to wait longer for the ice cream to harden.
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and add to your ice cream maker, following the manufacturer's instructions. Blend for 20-25 minutes, and transfer to a freezer-safe container. Freeze until firm.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, this recipe makes amazing popsicles!
