Fireball Anti-Cramp Gels

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pure corn syrup not high-fructose
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 3 tablespoons tart cherry juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients and stir until well combined. This makes a big batch of eight gels. Pour into 2 4oz gel flasks or pour desired amount into Ziplock bags or FoodSaver bags. I prefer to make FoodSaver bags that are about two inches wide and six inches long, seal on three sides, fill, and seal the fourth side. Then I make a small cut on one end being careful not to cut through the seal and I mark that spot with a marker so I know where to rip the gel open. These will probably last almost indefinitely at room temp, but to be safe, I store extras in the freezer.
