Medjool dates are the star of this recipe adding an almost caramel flavor and if you use peanuts as your nut of choice, it's a classic chocolate-PB combo!

nuts

medjool dates

cup
cocoa
pinch
salt

vanilla
Instructions
In a food processor, blend nuts until crumbly, but do not process into nut butter.
Add 12 pitted medjool dates, cocoa, salt, vanilla, and a splash of water and process until you have a sticky dough.
Roll into 12 balls and enjoy!
Can last 7-10 days in a refrigerated in a sealed container.
