Love this podcast and all the topics! Been listening for probably 2 years now and Claire is an amazing host. I appreciate how she keeps episodes concise with the occasional longer episode with a guest. As a vegan, I totally dig the plant-based info, but that is not the basis of most episodes–running is.  All the episodes I’ve listened to are encouraging and so positive.
